  • 1973 - Dianne and I split-up and divorce.

  • 1976 - Second wife, Alice, dies of leukemia (bummer).

  • 1980 - Marry Betsy, 22 years and counting...

  • 1982 - Move to beach house on St. Simons for eight happy years.

  • 1989 - Brother Tom killed flying Falcon 50 air-freighter out of Cartersville (bummer).

  • 1990 - Move back to Marietta to start new business.

  • 1990 - Betsy survives cervical cancer, no kids for us then :-(

  • 1992 - Hear Tower of Power at Tipatina's in New Orleans (near religious experience).

  • 1996 - Meet Hammond organ hero Chester Thompson after Santana concert in Jacksonville.

  • 1997 - Company making money now, life settles into comfortable routine...
