Interests and hobbies:

Playing out with the band and recording. Collecting guitars. I also like tall women.

The most significant events since playing in the band(s)
  • Got drafted in 1971 and had to leave the band. The Army sent me to Germany where I stayed until my tour of duty was finished.

  • Married Karen Wilson in 1972. We're going on 31 years of marital bliss.  No, really! It's still GREAT.

  • Bob Gallant and I had a duo in I think the early eighties and had a real good time for a while.

  • Harvey Holland came to my house on night and my dog got ran over.  Bummer. Never saw Harvey again.

  • Still play out often in a couple of bands. I will always miss the horns of Todd, Bob and Harvey.

  • Played at the "Bluebird Cafe" on my birthday last year. You can just feel the history in that place.

Types of music now liked

Beatles,Some pop, Country and I still love the sixties stuff. Rap is an insult to the industry. It's a shame the kids spend money on that shit.

Words of wisdom:

The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life.  Attitude, to me is more important than education, than money, than circumstances, than failures, than success, than what other people thnik or say or do.It is more important than appearance, giftedness, or skill. It will make or break a company...a church...a home. The remarkable thing is we have a choice everyday regarding the attitude we embrace for that day. We cannot change our past...we cannot change the fact that people act in a certain way.  We cannot change the inevitable. The only thing we can do is play on the one string we have, and that is our attitude...I am convinced that life is 10% what happens tome and 90% how I react to it. And so it is with you...We are in charge of our attitudes. Author of "Attitude" Chuck Swindoll
